\u5408\u540c\u7684\u53d8\u66f4<\/p>\n<p>\uff08\u4e00\uff09\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u65b9\u8981\u6c42\u53d8\u66f4\u672c\u5408\u540c\u6709\u5173\u5185\u5bb9\u7684\uff0c\u5e94\u5f53\u4e66\u9762\u901a\u77e5\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>(2) Party A&#039;s change of name, legal representative, principal person in charge or investor and other matters will not affect the performance of this contract.<\/p>\n<p>(3) In the event of merger or division of Party A, this contract shall continue to be valid, and the unit that inherits Party A&#039;s rights and obligations shall continue to perform it.<\/p>\n<p>(4) Party A and Party B may change this contract after consultation and consensus, and go through written modification procedures. Party A and Party B each hold a copy of the revised labor contract text.<\/p>\n<p>5. Rescission and termination of the contract<\/p>\n<p>(1) Lift<\/p>\n<p>1. This contract can be terminated upon mutual agreement between Party A and Party B. Party B shall notify Party A in writing 60 days in advance of rescission of this contract; if it is within the probationary period, Party B shall notify Party A 3 days in advance.<\/p>\n<p>Under any of the following circumstances, Party B may terminate this contract, and Party A shall pay economic compensation according to regulations:<\/p>\n<p>(1) Party A fails to provide labor protection or working conditions in accordance with the labor contract;<\/p>\n<p>(2) Party A fails to pay labor remuneration in full and in time;<\/p>\n<p>(3) Party A fails to pay social insurance premiums for Party B according to law;<\/p>\n<p>(4) Party A&#039;s rules and regulations violate the provisions of laws and regulations and damage the rights and interests of Party B;<\/p>\n<p>(5) Party A uses fraud, coercion or taking advantage of other people&#039;s dangers to make Party B enter into or modify this contract against its true intention, resulting in the invalidity of this contract or modification agreement;<\/p>\n<p>(6) Party A exempts itself from its statutory responsibilities and excludes Party B&#039;s rights, resulting in the invalidity of this contract;<\/p>\n<p>(7) Party A violates the mandatory provisions of laws and administrative regulations, resulting in the invalidity of this contract;<\/p>\n<p>(8) Party A forces Party B to work by means of violence, threat or illegal restriction of personal freedom, or violates regulations to command or force risky operations to endanger Party B&#039;s personal safety;<\/p>\n<p>(9) Other circumstances where laws and administrative regulations stipulate that Party B may terminate the labor contract.<\/p>\n<p>If Party A has the situation in item (8) above, Party B can immediately terminate the labor contract without prior notice to the employer.<\/p>\n<p>(2) Termination<\/p>\n<p>1. Upon the expiration of this contract or the occurrence of statutory termination conditions, this contract shall be terminated immediately.<\/p>\n<p>6. If Party B suffers economic losses caused by personal negligence during Party A&#039;s tenure, Party B shall bear certain liability for compensation, and the amount of compensation shall be 50% of Party A&#039;s direct economic losses.<\/p>\n<p>7. Party B shall strictly abide by the labor discipline and Party A&#039;s rules and regulations, and do its own job well.
